By placing an order with SA Arrangements, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Orders & Deposits
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due no later than the day before your scheduled delivery. Orders that are not paid in full by the deadline may be cancelled, and all deposits remain non-refundable.
Local Delivery
SA Arrangements currently offers local delivery only. Delivery fees are based on location, distance, and requested delivery time. Please provide an accurate recipient name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and requested delivery details when placing your order.
Same-Day Orders
Same-day orders must be placed before 9:00 AM. Orders submitted after 9:00 AM will be scheduled for the following day. Same-day deliveries are completed by 6:00 PM or earlier when scheduling permits.
Custom Arrangements
Custom floral arrangements require a minimum of 3 days' notice to allow adequate time to source flowers and specialty materials.
Floral Substitutions
Flowers and materials are subject to availability. When necessary, substitutions of similar style and equal value may be made while maintaining the overall look and quality of your arrangement.
