A few things to know.

We currently do not offer shipping. All orders are fulfilled through local delivery only. Delivery pricing depends on location and distance.

Same-day orders must be placed before 10:00 AM.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

Same-day deliveries are completed no later than 6:00 PM.

Custom orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance. This allows adequate time to ensure the availability of flowers and materials needed for your arrangement.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at checkout.

The remaining balance is due the day before delivery.

An invoice will be provided for the remaining balance.

Orders that are not paid in full by the deadline will be cancelled.

All deposits are non-refundable, including cancelled orders.

We will contact you if there are any issues or questions regarding your order. Please ensure all contact details provided at checkout are accurate and up to date.
