Thank you for choosing our floral services. Please review our policies before placing an order.

We currently do not offer shipping. All orders are fulfilled through local delivery only. Delivery pricing depends on location and distance.

  • Same-day orders must be placed before 10:00 AM.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.
  • Same-day deliveries are completed no later than 6:00 PM.

Custom orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance. This allows adequate time to ensure the availability of flowers and materials needed for your arrangement.

  • Payments must be paid in full.
  • We do have flexible payment options at checkout.
  • An invoice will be provided once your order is placed.
  • All payments are final/ non-refundable.

We will contact you if there are any issues or questions regarding your order. Please ensure all contact details provided at checkout are accurate and up to date.
